Where is your factory located?

We’re based in Dongguan, with direct access to Shenzhen port for efficient global shipping.

What is your production capacity?

Our daily production capacity reaches 20000 units across various product lines, scalable to meet large orders.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No MOQ for small orders without customized logo and packaging. For customized orders, MOQ starts at 1000 units for standard products, negotiable for long-term partnerships.

How do you ensure quality control?

Rigorous QC at 3 stages: raw materials, production line, and pre-shipment inspection.

Can you provide samples?

Yes, we can provide samples tailored to your requirements. For first-time clients, sample and shipping fees will be covered upfront, but the sample cost will be deducted from your final invoice upon order placement.

What payment terms do you accept?

We generally accept 30% upfront deposit via T/T with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment, as well as payment by L/C.
